Are Freeze Dried Raw Training Treats Sold Internationally?

No, they are only sold and distributed in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Philippines due to varying international shipping regulations for food.

Why Does My Freeze-Dried Treat Take Longer Than Usual to Arrive? 

The treats are made locally and in small batches. It takes 42 hours for a complete full sublimation process. Treats are not made from ingredients that are mass imported/ mass produced, to control safety & quality.

Do We Ship Internationally?

Yes, except for food treats. Rates will vary based on location & weight.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Malaysia- flat rate of RM10

For International delivery, shipping cost is weight & location dependent.

When Will My Product Arrive?

For domestic delivery (Malaysia)- via DHL within 3-5 business days. 

For international delivery- via FedEx / Aramex/ DHL / NinjaVan takes 7-14 business days.
